Our 2510 'mechanically metered' control regenerates on water demand to save you up to 50% on salt and water usage over previous systems. In addition, this efficiency is performed all without the need for a troublesome microprocessor. In our experience, a microprocessor in a typical damp basement surrounded by hundreds of pounds of salt is a recipe for disaster for a 'digital control.' This scenario is compounded when you encase the entire system into a one-piece unit (placing the mineral tank into the salt tank enclosure).
Quite efficient, the 2510 control is in a class by itself using only an average of 7-10 cents of electricity per month. Even more impressive is the entire control cleans itself with only one moving part! The one-inch porting insures a great flow rate on nearly every home. Two independent motors operate the regeneration cycle to consistently give you great water.
